Hi, I’m Angel Santiago, an executive coach with over 25 years of business experience, including extensive experience coaching executives at a Fortune 25 company.  I’m also accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which means I’ve undergone rigorous training and met the highest standards in professional coaching. My mission is simple: to help high-performing leaders overcome challenges, unlock their potential, and craft their unique path to success.

My journey here wasn’t straightforward. I grew up with humble beginnings, where money was tight and resilience was a necessity. My mother bought surplus army boots for my brother and me because they were the only shoes that could withstand the wear and tear of daily life. Those boots taught me lessons that have stayed with me—resilience, adaptability, and the determination to succeed despite obstacles.

I know what it’s like to face challenges head-on, and I bring that understanding into every coaching relationship. But here’s the thing: success isn’t just about hard work. If effort alone guaranteed results, more people would make it to the top. True success is a blend of hard work, visibility, strategy, action, and relationships.  My coaching focuses on helping you identify the right mix of these elements to achieve meaningful and lasting growth.

I’ve also learned that stepping outside your comfort zone is where real growth happens. As a world traveler, I’ve embraced the value of different perspectives and cultures, and I help my clients do the same in their leadership journeys.
